Start in Biberach at the market square, which is well worth seeing. It can of course also be started at any other point, as it is a round trip. Through Wolfental, along the Rotbach, we leave Biberach in the direction of Reute. There we pass the former Wolfentalmühle, which is now a horse farm. The route continues along the Rotbach to Mittelbiberach, where the castle towers over the town. It is privately owned by the v. Brandenburg Zeppelin. We continue to Stafflangen to Aymühle, a popular excursion restaurant in the area. We drive in the direction of Mutlangen and come to the Mösmühle via a small private road, which is still in operation today. Via the villages of Eichen and Eggelsbach we get to Steinhausen, where the "most beautiful village church in the world" invites you to stop off. Another mill, namely the "Lindenmühle", which is also still in operation, we reach via Muttensweiler, Ingoldingen, past the Schiggenmühle and around the Lindenweiher. Winterstettenstadt and Winterstettendorf are the next stages. The next grinding mill is in Winterstettendorf. Then we drive to the "Wilder Ried", through a quiet, scenic section to Oberessendorf, where caution is advised when crossing the B 30. The road climbs steeply towards Eberhardszell. At the apex we turn left towards Hochdorf. In Wettenberg we turn right and drive to Fischbach, where the last mill on this tour is located. It is a hammer forge, but it can only be viewed from the outside. Our tour takes us on a beautiful cycle path to Ummendorf, where the "Bräuhaus" invites us to stop for a break. We get back to Biberach via the middle of the valley, along the railway tracks to the market square. "
