From the Kurhaus it goes through the beautiful spa park to the adjacent Wurzacher Ried nature reserve. The path crosses the federal highway 465, after the Riedsee, follows the peat educational trail on the right (interesting explanatory boards) and leads past the Stuttgart lake through the Ried towards Haidgau. At the Riedschmiede farmstead, it is worth making a detour to the viewing platform on the Achquellseen. It goes back over the Ziegelbacher Ried on the original path to the spa park and spa house.
